Founder & Principal

Galen has spent his career in the residential real estate universe, servicing the largest owner-operators and institutional investors across public and private markets. His prior experience includes commercial real estate sales and a long/short equity hedge fund.

Eric comes from commercial real estate, where he helped manage an institutional-grade portfolio across multiple asset classes and serviced institutional investors in the private markets. He pairs data-driven research with hands-on operations.

Ravi specializes in residential real estate, with experience managing a multi-state portfolio of condominiums, single-family homes and multifamily properties, from acquisition through asset management.
